Join us for a METTA (loving-kindness) vinyasa yoga + meditation class to support one of our long-time, dedicated community members – Lauren (Bern) Britton. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lauren suffered a brain aneurysm on Feb. 7th just one day before her pregnancy due date. She and her husband’s baby girl was born and healthy thanks to an emergency C-section. Lauren is still in the ICU at Swedish Medical Center, where the team is continuing to monitor her day-to-day.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METTA, means loving-kindness, friendliness, amity, goodwill, and active interest in others. In this class, we send Lauren our energy and care, as well as raise funds for Lauren & Family’s GoFundMe.⠀We encourage you to donate.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
At The River, we exemplify what it means to live our yoga on and off the mat. Thank you for showing up to support one of our own. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We love you, Lauren!
